Everything was fine. Worked out well. No problems at all...

I keep coming back to Craftelier mainly because the loyalty points do actually add up, which surprised me a bit. I used my reward on my last order and it was just a nice little discount, nothing huge, but still worth it. Also I was already restocking a few bits anyway, so it felt like a bonus.

It arrived fast, which I really appreciated. Definitely a good experience overall.

I needed a few craft supplies that were sold out pretty much everywhere else, craftelier had them in stock so that was the main reason I ordered. I probably left it too late like I usually do, so I was just happy I didn’t have to sit around waiting for restock alerts. The ordering process was easy enough, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely check them again when I’m hunting for specific items

To be fair, they got back to me quickly and were genuinely nice about it, not those robotic copy-paste replies some places send. They helped me sort everything out and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I don’t think it’s fair to judge a company just because something minor goes wrong, especially when they handle it this well. It made the whole thing way less stressful, and I’d happily order from them again.

I ended up returning a craft item because it just wasn’t quite what I needed (nothing wrong with it, just not for me). The return steps were easy to follow, I sent it back, and the refund showed up without me having to chase anyone (always a relief). Overall, it was simple, stress-free, and exactly how a return should be

I ordered a few paper pads, inks, and some dies from Craftelier, and I’m so pleased with everything. The paper feels lovely and thick, the colours look just like they did in the photos, and the dies cut really cleanly without me having to wrestle with my machine. I ordered a few craft bits from Craftelier on Monday and figured it’d probably take a while to show up. But I got the shipping email the very next day, and the parcel arrived two days after that. Can’t say I wasn’t surprised by how fast it all was. Everything was packed nicely, and there wasn’t nothing missing or damaged. The speed was the main thing for me, honestly. I’d definitely order from them again

The order tracking worked well , and I could see where my parcel was most of the time . It arrived a bit later than I was hoping , but everything was fine in the end

I had a minor problem with my order, which was a bit annoying at first, but they got back to me really fast and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. So yeah, not ideal that there was an issue, but I’m actually really happy with how they handled it.

My order from Craftelier arrived safely and nothing was damaged, which I’m really happy about. The box was sturdy and the papers and pads inside were well protected, so no complaints there. I’ll admit I usually stick with another craft store I’ve used for ages, so I was a bit hesitant to order from Craftelier, but they did make a good impression. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because there was a lot of tape on the packaging and it was kind of annoying to open. Overall though, it did its job and everything arrived in lovely condition.

I ordered from Craftelier it was a easy experience. I’m the kind of person who likes to double-check everything before paying, so it was reassuring that the checkout was clear and I could see the shipping cost upfront. There were no strange steps or error messages, and the payment went through without any issues. I also got the confirmation email fairly quickly, which made me feel better knowing the order had definitely gone through. Nothing really to complain about, it all worked the way I hoped it would...

My box showed up damaged, so I emailed them with my receipt and a couple of photos. They got back to me quickly and sent a replacement without making it a hassle. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

Overall, it’s good, but I do wish there were more choices available. It felt a little limited for what I was looking for, haha. Still, not a bad experience...
